RECA Diaflex Diamond Blades Features of RECA Diaflex Diamond Blades ¤Better Hold – The segments of the disc are through laser-welded onto the disc core. This guarantees the very best segment hold across the full segment width. This excellent segment hold also applies when reverse cutting and on discs which have been worn. ¤Higher Precision Cut – The RECA Diaflex blade is manufactured from three layered metal sheets, ‘sandwiched’ together, instead of just the one plate. This ensures a smooth running blade, producing a higher precision cut. ¤RS10 Quality – R = Reliability, S = Strength and 10 = Hardest grade of diamond. RECA Diaflex Diamond Blades - Abrasive Material RECA Diaflex RS10A ¤The RS10A is our premium disc for asphalt and has an extremely hard bond, segment height 7mm. ¤The risk of severe under cutting is greatly suppressed by the use of drop segments (300mm and above) thus disrupting the abrasive spoil at the base of the cut. ¤Diameter 400mm upwards are supplied with special protective segments to combat reverse cutting. ¤The RS10A can be used with asphalt, stone, sandstone, fine clay, lightweight aerated concrete blocks and all abrasive materials.
