Push: insert into the drilled hole, ensuring the nylon thumb tag faces upwards and the metal toggle pivots down behind the substrate. 3. Zip: the nylon collar towards the wall so that the collar sits into the drilled hole. 4. Snap: Pull apart the nylon arms and snap off them off close to the collar. 5.
